Quotes

He who would learn to fly one day must first learn to stand and walk and run and dance; one cannot fly into flying.

Friedrich Nietzsche
Spiral Binding PDF Print E-mail

Spiral BindingSpiral Binding involves punching holes along the entire length of the spine of the text block and winding a wire 'spiral' (like a spring) through the holes to provide a fully flexible hinge.

This type of binding is commonly used on publications where it is necessary (or desirable) to be able to open the publication back on itself without breaking the spine.

Because Spiral Binding also allows the publication to lay flat, it is commonly used on:

• cookbooks
• handbooks
• manuals
• reference material
• or as means of permanently securing almost any collection of loose pages in varying sizes and quantities.

But there are numerous other applications where Spiral Binding can be used.

Really Small Vernon Press can currently Spiral Bind (in-house) any publication that we print.
